LinkedIn and Social Media Data
Where we connect our own verified company pages to tools such as Postiz or similar publishing systems, access is used only by authorised internal users to draft, schedule, publish, manage, and review content for our own organisation pages.
We do not use LinkedIn Community Management API data to scrape LinkedIn, broker data, build unrelated profiles, perform unsolicited outreach, or resell LinkedIn member data.
If LinkedIn or another platform requires deletion of data obtained through its APIs, we will delete the relevant data from our systems where technically possible and legally permitted.
Legal Bases
Depending on the situation, we process personal information because:
- It is necessary to respond to an enquiry or provide requested services.
- It is necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as operating our website, communicating with clients, and improving our services.
- It is necessary to comply with legal obligations.
- We have consent, where consent is required.
Contacting businesses that have not contacted us
We sometimes send a single email to a person in a marketing, brand or content role at a UK company, to introduce our production services. We get the work contact details (name, job title, employer and work email address) from Apollo.io, a business contact database, and the company's registered details from Companies House. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interests in finding clients for services relevant to that role (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We only write to work addresses at incorporated companies. We send one email, with no follow-up unless you reply, and we do not use tracking pixels. You can object at any time by replying "stop" to the email or by writing to our privacy contact; we will stop at once and keep only the minimum record needed to make sure we never contact you again. Details of people who do not reply are deleted after 12 months.
Sharing Information
We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, such as hosting, email, analytics, project management, automation, publishing, payment, accounting, and security providers.
We only share what is necessary for the relevant purpose. We do not sell personal data.
Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Access is limited to people and systems that need it for legitimate business purposes.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including responding to enquiries, delivering services, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal or accounting requirements.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it where practical.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:
- Request access to personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Ask us to delete information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Complain to a data protection authority.
